What you will work on

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager DACH to join our dynamic human resources team. In your position you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to fill our open positions in our new stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the retail industry. This role requires strong networking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies (full-cycle recruiting) to attract top 
      retail talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
  •  Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills and fit for retail positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future retail job openings.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (Softgarden/ Workday) to manage candidate profiles, applications, and interview feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and legal requirements related to retail recruitment.
  • Participate in career fairs, industry events and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including relevant KPIs for source effectiveness and candidate satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team in DACH countries and Italy on projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization.
  • Develop Employer Branding concepts and organize targeted retail recruiting events.

Your qualifications

  •  University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail recruitment or related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry trends, operations and staffing needs.
  •  Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring retail professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Your German is minimum B2 or fluent and you are eager to improve it.
